Attorneys' Page

We do everything possible to expedite our cases, and we usually have some cases each year that we are able to resolve without filing a lawsuit. However, some of our cases become projects that last for several years. We are also committed to extensive research and innovation. For these reasons, we generate a substantial amount of work product that our colleagues in the bar request access to for use in their cases.

We maintain the most frequently requested work product on CD in order to minimize the burden on our staff of responding to the requests we receive from throughout the country.

We hope this Attorneys' Page will be of service to our colleagues who can access some of the more commonly requested materials here. We will be adding more materials soon, and we are also happy to respond to requests for materials that have not yet been placed online. We submit deposition transcripts of expert witnesses to TrialSmith.com, and request that they be accessed at that site.

We wish to thank our colleagues in AAJ and NCAJ who have unselfishly provided us with their work product over the years. The spirit of cooperation and assistance among the plaintiffs' bar in pursuing our common cause of justice for our clients has inspired us to help other lawyers whenever we can.

During the past year the materials set forth below are the ones that have been requested most often by our colleagues:
