MEDIATION SERVICES

Mr. Bentley is a skilled mediator who was initially certified by the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission in 1998. Mr. Bentley has been practicing as a plaintiff’s lawyer for many years, but he began his career in Mobile, Alabama, working for Johnstone Adams, a prominent defense firm representing businesses, corporations, banks, and hospitals.

Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, he is gifted at seeing the issues from both perspectives.

We provide mediation services as an accommodation to our colleagues in the bar who may face occasional difficulty finding an experienced mediator who can meet the unforeseen time demands of a case. Because of the boutique nature of his personal injury law practice, Mr. Bentley can sometimes arrange his schedule to be available on relatively short notice to serve as a mediator.
