Our Philosophy 

Our firm handles a small volume of cases, typically ten to twenty cases at a time, which enables us to devote as much time to each case as is necessary, and to develop close relationships with our clients. Our services are provided very efficiently and in a manner which is extremely cost-effective. We use the latest in technology. The model we use to deliver legal services centers on a core team of two experienced trial lawyers, a legal nurse consultant, a licensed investigator, and a legal assistant. The firm has longstanding relationships with a large number of prominent experts in various fields, including medicine, security, drug labeling, product design, accident reconstruction, economics, as well as many other areas.

Mr. Bentley and Ms. Janssen are personally involved in each case undertaken by the firm. When additional lawyers are needed to assist them in a case, the firm associates lawyers who have comparable trial experience at no additional cost to the client.

The firm handles moderate to large cases, mostly on a contingency fee basis. There is no charge for an initial consultation. The firm has a reputation for excellence in its negotiation skills and trial work, and has won several landmark appeals. Clients are given personal attention, their calls are returned promptly, and they are informed of case developments in a timely manner.
